We are a laser job shop and a laser system integrator. We are a vendor of laser systems, a laser system provider and supplier, and a laser system reseller. Laserod sells new and used lasers usually in new laser systems. As a laser system builder and supplier, we call it the Model M1.

Laser Cutting Thin Metals

This 25mm diameter thin metal part demonstrates our ability to pattern, to cut without thermal damage and laser cut with precision. The five arms each have a 125 micron width.

Best Laser Wavelengths: High power 1064 or 355nm.

Laser Cutting and Resizing Silicon (Si)

We micromachine silicon by cutting, drilling, and scribing. This shows a Si edge cut at a 45 degree angle.

Laser Patterning of Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) on glass and plastic substrates.

Wavelengths: 532 & 355nm, low power. This is ITO coating on a PET substrate.

Either trepanned or percussion small holes. 50 micron diameter holes are easy to laser drill in thin metals. We go down to 10um dia.

Wavelengths: 1,064 or 355nm depending on material, thickness & hole size.
